This naturally fragrant Taiwanese cultivar of a high mountain oolong tea becomes one’s favorite instantly. Its pleasant aroma, delicate flavor and lingering finish are captured within the semi-balled leaves after numerous cycles of withering, oxidation and repeated rolling.

This oolong tea has a great deal of attention given at each step of the development process and it shows in each cup. Evergreen Supreme Oolong tea is a lively, jade-green color. The brewed tea is a yellowish-green, with a light fragrance and pure, sweet taste. The aroma really develops when hot water is poured over the leaf.

It is also known as Four Seasons Oolong because it enjoys four prized harvests, one in each of the four seasons.

    I am not typically a fan of oolong tea but thoroughly enjoy the Evergreen Supreme! This is only the second oolong I've found that I like. I give it an A+

    Years ago I tasted a Taiwanese mountain-grown green-ish tea that impressed me with its clean, pure taste, depth of fragrance, smooth feel in the mouth and lingering sweetness on the tongue. I tried a number of pouchong teas that came close but lacked one or another of the refined characteristics of memory. A month ago, I tried Evergreen Supreme Oolong. Yes! This was the tea! It has a mellow, round flavour that fades so pleasantly sweetly. I am so happy to have found a source for this wonderful tea.

    This Evergreen Supreme Oolong is sublime! It has a wonderful perfume and is very smooth on the palate. The bouquet linger both in aroma and taste is enchanting. This tea very much reminds me of my favorite baozhong; both are lightly processed with no firing charcoal or wood funky flavor notes. I recommend this tea to anyone who likes a greener oolong – as I do

    Are your teas cultivated naturally? Are they Organic?

    All our teas are sourced from tea estates, suppliers and importers that we have personally worked with for decades and many for generations! We only purchase teas that have been cultivated naturally, devoid of pesticides and growth agents.

    Teas that have the term “Organic” in the products name have gone through additional certification by the country or origin and USFDA. Even though all our products are natural, we are unable to list them as Organic unless they have gone through these steps. Sometimes, this certification can be costly and time consuming for growers. Each country has different regulations, so many sell the teas to us without this extra labeling.

    How long does tea stay fresh?

    If sealed properly and stored away from extreme hot/cold temps and moisture, tea will stay as flavorful as the day you bought it, even after 18 months.
