Our Freshness Guarantee & Return Policy
The Mark T. Wendell Tea Company has been importing and packaging fine teas for over 121 years. Our teas are of the highest quality and are guaranteed fresh and flavorful. The bulk teas that we pack under our MTW label are shipped to us in secure cardboard chests and in foil sealed, air-tight packagings. When product arrives at our warehouse, we inspect the tea leaves to confirm that they are of the highest quality.
We store our loose teas in air-tight and FDA approved rubber drums. This allows us to ensure a superior product and to guarantee freshness. We do not ship out of date packaged goods (imported products that we do not pack on site). If a customer is unhappy with a purchase or feels that an item was received in error, we ask the customer to contact us immediately by email at: customerservice@marktwendell.com or by calling us directly at: (978) 635-9200.
We accept returns during these circumstances and extend full refunds (including any return shipping cost). We take pride in our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their online tea purchases!
Returns & Exchanges Policy Details:
Returns - We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges - We accept exchanges.
Product Condition - Products must be new and unused.
Return Window - Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Return Method - Returns are accepted by mail.
Return Label - A return shipping label is included in the package at no cost to the customer.
Restocking Fees -No restocking fees are charged.
Refund Processing Time - Refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
