This delicious, fragrant tea can withstand being brewed for well over 5 minutes and doesn't develop the rough feeling politely referred to as, "brisk." Original Review Submitted: 6/25/12 (Posted on 10/25/2017)

A nice Earl Grey that holds my interest without being perfumy. Great for the thermos-full I take to work most mornings. Original Review Submitted: 5/7/08 (Posted on 10/25/2017)

Earl Grey

A traditional afternoon tea, our Earl Grey is a delicately scented blend of large leaf Indian black teas and oil of Bergamot. Renowned for its citrus fragrance and light overall taste, our Earl Grey selection is a connoisseur’s favorite among scented teas.

Brewing Tips: Our Earl Grey should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a rolling boil (205-212° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Earl Grey should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!

How Much Tea Do I Need?
1 pound of loose leaf tea will make approximately 160 cups of brewed tea
8 ounces of loose leaf tea will make approximately 80 cups of brewed tea
4 ounces of loose leaf tea will make approximately 40 cups of brewed tea
