Overall Character
It smells awesome! It tastes like you are drinking perfume (if perfume tasted like it smelled.) It tastes like tea with an after taste of jasmine. Do not over steep, follow the directions on the back of the can. If you over steep it will turn bitter with a jasmine after taste. Original Review Submitted: 4/28/12 (Posted on 10/25/2017)

Yin Hao Jasmine

This magnificently made and scented Jasmine is considered one of China's finest teas. The finest pouchong tea is blended and scented with fragrant flowers and defies description with its smooth flavor and heady aroma. You will not want to waste a drop of this special tea.

Brewing Tips: Our Yin Hao Jasmine tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a point just short of boiling (190-200° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Yin Hao Jasmine tea should be steeped for 3-4 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!
