Overview of Williamson Fine Kenyan Green

Our special pure green tea is made when we control the oxidization of the picked leaf as it comes from the fields on our Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified Kenyan farms just before we dry the tea. This special process imparts a mellow and soothing taste that adds to a sense of calm and well-being.

Williamson Fine Kenyan Green tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a boil and then allowed to cool for 1 minute (170-180° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Williamson Fine Kenyan Green tea should be steeped for 2-3 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!
