Overall Character
I cannot begin my day without two cups of this deliciois tea. I brew it fairly strong and have with milk and sugar. Whenever I offer it to a guest, they are always impressed by the delicious flavor. It is wonderful! Original Review Submitted: 4/18/16 (Posted on 10/25/2017)

China Yunnan

Cultivated in China’s Yunnan Province, the birthplace of tea, this black tea has a large leaf with distinctive golden tips. It has some of the best characteristics of traditional China teas as well as teas from India. When brewed, it produces a rich, almost peppery flavor.

Brewing Tips: Our China Yunnan should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a rolling boil (205-212° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. China Yunnan should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!

How Much Tea Do I Need?
1 pound of loose leaf tea will make approximately 160 cups of brewed tea
8 ounces of loose leaf tea will make approximately 80 cups of brewed tea
4 ounces of loose leaf tea will make approximately 40 cups of brewed tea
